As you walk down the pier, bear right onto the floating dock. Proceed all the way to the end of the dock. We will call you as we enter the harbor so you can proceed to the pickup location. The town does not allow non boat owner loitering on the docks, please wait up by the building until we call you down

A deposit of 20% is required to reserve a spot. The remaining balance is to be paid to the Captain the day of the trip in cash or by credit/debit card. Credit card transactions onboard the vessel will incur a 5 % convenience fee
All credit card deposits will be kept on file. Your deposit is refundable in full up to 30 days prior to your reserved date. Cancellations less than 30 days prior will result in forfeiture of the deposit amount. Cancellations less than 7 days prior, and no-shows, will be charged for the FULL price of their scheduled trip.

If circumstances beyond the control of Bounty Hunter Shark Adventures LLC, a charter is cancelled then all deposits and fees will be refunded and the company’s liability thereafter will cease. Bounty Hunter Shark Adventures LLC shall not be held responsible for any additional costs incurred by the clients attending a charter that is subsequently cancelled, including but not limited to flights, care hire, transfers and accommodation.

In the event of cancellation by the client, less than 30 days before the trip, the deposits and fees are not refundable. Cancelation’s less than 72 hours before the trip, and no shows will be charged the full price of scheduled trip. NO EXCEPTIONS.
